They have great eCommerce integrations they added on for magento and amazon which makes it more powerful. The fact that you buy the product upwardly front (with a yr of support that can be renewed) makes information technology seem like you are saving money by owning the software, but you'll need to upgrade every year until the software does what yous want information technology.

Overall, I am satisfied with purchasing the Fishbowl software for manufacturing beak of materials and inventory management. Have simply been using for approximately one year but so far it seems much easier to employ compared to the previous software that we used. We have only used the out of the box software. All other software's we use always required special programing which was always a hassle and large expense.
The ease of set-up and use of the manufacturing process. Very intuitive and practise non need to spend a lot of time training new people to use. Once we set up, new users can begin working with very little guidance.
The grooming was adept, simply for a startup additional training time would be good after nosotros are up and running. After the initial training I only heard from someone when they wanted to sell me something additional. No follow-upwardly calls, emails or communication to determine if there were whatever additional questions or concerns. With software I always felt that good prompt back up is essential. I still have issues with the QB accounting integration, and I receive zero support from FB.
Ease of use very intuitive. The demo that was presented prior was seamless and the flow from purchasing to inventory to manufacturing to finished goods to shipping was a cakewalk. The other software companies' presentation crashed during the demo, and they couldn't explain why, and it was awkward. Fishbowl is making my concern life easier.

Fishbowl is a not bad visitor to work with! They are a solutions based company that strives to accept the input of their customer. Cost was afforable for a small company
Functionality and Reporting was not adequate. Support was very bad.
