If you forgot your Screen Time passcode

How to reset the Screen Time passcode for your personal device

Use the steps below to change your Screen Fourth dimension passcode on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.

On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Brand certain that your device is updated to iOS thirteen.4 or iPadOS 13.4 or afterward.
  2. Get to Settings > Screen Time.
  3. Tap Modify Screen Time Passcode, then tap Change Screen Fourth dimension Passcode over again.
  4. Tap Forgot Passcode?
  5. Enter the Apple tree ID and password* that you used to set up the Screen Time passcode.

How to reset the Screen Time passcode for your child'due south device

If you're using Family Sharing to manage a kid's account, passcode reset options won't be available on their device. Use the post-obit steps on the family organizer'due south device to reset the Screen Time passcode for your child.
